Teledirect BPO Kft. is a Business Process Outsourced (BPO) service provider based in Budapest, Hungary. Our extensive experience and dedicated team of experts have been in the service industry for over 30 years, offering offshore outsourced solutions to our clients. In the 2022 we established our first subsidiary in Attard, Malta.

Our workforce is formed by a multinational team of 60 people, they all came from many parts of the world and each member of our team brings together a wealth of global perspectives and experiences. In our business philosophy, we believe in the power of opportunities, we offer to students or recent graduates job opportunities where they can develop their professional path.

Our Story

Founded in 1989 in Budapest, Teledirect BPO has been dedicated to providing business services to Hungarian companies. We have always adapted to the fast-changing technology, aiming to offer tailored solutions to our clients. Our long-lasting success shows our strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

2002

The owners acquired the in-house call centre of the Swiss media group Ringier
and established TeleDirect. TeleDirect started as a call centre of media companies, active on the Hungarian market providing outbound call service and customer base management.

2002 -2005

TeleDirect was selected as call centre and claim management partner for
Wizzair who launched its activity in Poland and Hungary.The partnership with Wizzair massively influenced the service profile of TeleDirect offering a fully cross boarder24h multilingual service. Wizzair is still today the largest customer of the company.

2005

2021

At the right time of the move to digital service, TeleDirect’s shareholders decided to change the service profile of the company to the business units of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and remote software maintenance have been established.

2022

TeleDirect changed its name to TeleDirect BPO. The Software unit focused on offering supply chain integration services as its primary market. Additionally, a subsidiary was established in Malta.
